Music is a hardneck, porcelain variety with 4- 6 large cloves per head. It is an Italian variety. It has white wrappers with a slight blush in the cloves. It has a strong heat when it is raw and get’s sweeter when cooked. Makes a great roasted garlic or in your favorite vinaigrette recipe. Music is a reliable grower and is very cold tolerant. it also has an excellent shelf life.
